Happy New Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE OFEK FAMILY

This past year brought many wonderful things, and some not so wonderful. In processing the end of the year, I remind myself that the big idea in life is that we have the choice to focus on the good, rather than the bad. At times, it seems very hard and even impossible to focus on the good, but it’s there patiently waiting for us to give it the attention it deserves. I’ve had my fair share of “less than perfect” periods in my life; like coping with the aftermath of my father’s IED injury at age 4 and trying to understand and work through the mysteries of my stepbrother’s suicide when we were both age 17. We have all been through some degree of adversity in our lives and will undoubtedly face more adversity in the future. What’s important to take from this is that the more we train ourselves to focus on the good and positive in our lives, the more accessible it becomes and and before we know it happy, loving, positive thoughts become second nature. For this coming year of 2017, my wish for all of you is to find the ease in the choice to see the positive and good in every situation. Have an amazing 2017, and as always I am here for you and your loved ones to support you in making this journey incredible. Happy new year with lots of love and light from Ofek Chiropractic!
