Hey everyone, Happy Friday. So, as you probably figured out by now life is not so easy and sitting for 8 or more hours per day, 5-6 days a week for years and years does not make our life any easier. Discomfort, neck pain, back pain and headaches are very common but NOT NORMAL. Every one of my practice members know that in addition to their regular chiropractic care they have some exercises and stretches that are specifically tailored for them to make sure they get optimal results and health. Check out these basic 5 stretches that you can easily integrate to your daily routine (you have about 8 hours a day so no excuses).
